Important Dates:

Early Bird Registration      7th September 2018 - 31st May 2019​

 

Regular Registration         1st June - 18th Aug 2019​

 

On Site Registration         19th - 22nd Aug 2019

*Accepted oral/poster presenters must confirm their attendance by completing payment by 30th June 2019

** Abstracts received by the early bird deadline of 31st May will be given a promo code to pay the early bird rate.

Registration Fees

Participants from Malaysia (Fees paid in Malaysian Ringgit MYR)

Registrants who are members of MSBMB and College of Pathologist (CoP), Malaysia, qualify for the member rate

Steps for Registration

​

  1. Click on the 'Register Now' button to take you to the registration page. 

  2. Choose the category of registration (member, non-member or student) and select the quantity '1' - you should see the total price reflected.  If you are registering multiple persons, you will need to repeat the entire process for each person.  

  3. Click on 'Continue'.  Scroll down the page and key in your personal details.  Fields marked with * are compulsory.

  4. For student registration, please upload a picture of your valid student ID.  

  5. For MSBMB members, please ensure your membership is active to be eligible for the member rate.  Contact the membership secretary Dr. Adeline Chia at pbbmms@gmail.com if you cannot recall your membership ID.  (E.g. OM-2004-35)

  6. Members of the College of Pathologist need to key in the membership ID '0000'  

  7. Select your payment option. 

  8. Click on the blue 'Register' button to proceed to payment.  You will be directed to the secure online payment page.  Upon completion of payment you will receive a confirmation email from MOLPay. 

  9. You will also receive a registration confirmation email with your Event Ticket containing a QR code attached.  Please print out your Ticket and present it at the registration desk.

 

If you are planning to submit an abstract, please ensure that you use the SAME email address for both registration and abstract submission.  This is your unique identifier.
