Cancellation and Refund Policy
Withdrawals and application of refunds must be made to the Conference Secretariat.
Cut-off dates refer to 5.00 pm Malaysian time (GMT + 8.00h )
Before 30th June 2019 - Refund of 50% of fees paid
1st July 2019 onwards - NO refund
*All bank charges associated with refunds will be borne by the participant.
** Please note that payment utilises PAYPAL as the payment gateway. In the event that you are unable to use PAYPAL from your country, please contact the secretariat at faobmbkl2019@gmail.com immediately for alternative payment arrangements.

Request for Letter of Invitation
To request a letter of invitation for VISA purposes, kindly write to the Conference Secretariat after completion of registration and full payment is made. Include a scan of your passport page showing your personal details. Additional documents may be requested. This letter is NOT a commitment of the organizing committee to provide financial assistance to any participants or accompanying persons. Any expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the participant.
