*Accepted oral/poster presenters must confirm their attendance by completing payment by 30th June 2019

** Abstracts received by the early bird deadline of 31st May will be given a promo code to pay the early bird rate.

Countries eligible for reduced registration rate 

If your country is not listed here but falls within the definition of lower middle or lower income country please contact the secretariat to confirm your eligibility for reduced rate. 

Steps for Registration

​

1. Click on the 'Register Now' button to take you to the registration page. 

2. Choose the category of registration (regular or student) and select the quantity '1' - you should see the total price reflected.  If you are registering multiple persons, you will need to repeat the entire process for each person.  

3. Click on 'Continue'.  Scroll down the page and key in your personal details.  Fields marked with * are compulsory.

4. For student registration, please upload a picture of your valid student ID.  

5. Select Paypal as your payment option. In the event that PAYPAL cannot be used in your country please contact the secretariat at faobmbkl2019@gmail.com immediately.

6. Click on the blue 'Register' button to proceed to payment.  You will be directed to the secure online payment page.  Upon completion of payment you will receive a confirmation email from MOLPay. 

7. You will also receive a registration confirmation email with your Event Ticket containing a QR code attached.  Please print out your Ticket and present it at the registration desk.

Reduced rate international participants

​

1. Send an email to the secretariat at faobmbkl2019@gmail.com attaching together a scan of documents showing your residency status e.g. passport, driver's license, National ID.  State clearly your intended category of registration (regular or student).  

2. You will receive a 1-time-use Promo code.  Proceed to the registration page and click on 'Enter promo code'.  Key in the promo code received.  This code can only be used ONCE. You should see the reduced price.

3. Complete the registration steps as above.

If you are planning to submit an abstract, please ensure that you use the SAME email address for both registration and abstract submission.  This is your unique identifier.
