Dear MSBMB members, 

On behalf of the incoming committee of 2024-2026, thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve the Society.  We are committed to taking on our responsibility to serve MSBMB to the best of our ability.

We would like to express our gratitude to the outgoing committee of 2021-2023, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Anthony Ho, for their contribution and establishment of the recent three pillars of society in supporting professionalism, facilitating collaboration between academia-industry-community and expanding our influence and roles within the community, in ensuring our society stays competent, active and relevant to the community within the local, national and international level.

This year marks the 50th Golden Jubilee of the MSBMB, a remarkable milestone for our Society. The foundation laid by our founding members and past committees that has led us to where we are today is reminisced and appreciated. MSBMB looks forward to working closely with all its members, its university representatives, partners from various institutions, agencies and industries, as well as international counterparts in organising activities that will continuously benefit the advancement of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology in Malaysia.

As MSBMB is an affiliated body to the FAOBMB and IUBMB, we hope to support you in ensuring all event information, benefits and opportunities, including awards, fellowships and grants from these international bodies be distributed and assist your interests.
