RENEWAL INSTRUCTIONS

Online bank transfer or direct deposit is the preferred method for payment of fees. If you are unable to do this, kindly contact the Membership Secretary Dr. Adeline Chia at pbbmms@gmail.com for alternative arrangements.

If you are unsure of your outstanding dues, please email us to check your status.

5 years RM 225.00 (10% off)
* Members who have fully paid membership dues prior to renewal.

**Applicants for Life Membership must be Ordinary Members in good standing for 5 years continuously and are at least 40 years of age

Instruction steps

1. Pay the correct membership fee first (save softcopy of payment transaction receipt)
2. Complete the form below, remember to click submit.​

3. Upload a scanned copy of your payment transaction receipt. MSBMB now accepts eWallet! You have the option to pay via eWallet by scanning the QR code available in the Application Form. Please attach the payment proof after completing the transaction.

​4. Successful Membership application will be notified via email within 4 weeks of payment.

Note: If you are applying for Life Membership, kindly allow at least 8 weeks for approval.
