Registration includes admission to scientific sessions, conference materials and High Tea.

Please note that registrations will be confirmed ONLY upon receipt of the registration fees. Also note that Abstracts will ONLY be accepted upon registration and payment of the registration fee. If an abstract is not accepted, the registration fee will be returned.

Registration with payment must be received by 26th June July 2026 for both Rapid Oral and Poster Presenters.

Refunds cannot be processed for Withdrawal of Registration received AFTER 30th June 2026. ​​​

Participants submitting abstracts need to choose either Rapid Oral (see criteria below) or Poster presentation during abstract submission.  Rapid Oral slots are subject to confirmation by the Scientific Committee.

Rapid Oral Session

​MSBMB50 will organise a special session called the Young Investigators Session. 

​​​

Eligibility Criteria for Rapid Orals:

• No more than 40 years of age at the time of the conference

• Current postgraduate student OR

• Postdoctorate (no more than than 2 years after conferment of PhD)

 
Rapid Orals typically highlight significant preliminary findings or offer a summary of research findings.

Abstract Submission

Abstract submission can be done online upon registration or submitted via email. Download the abstract submission form located under the 'Abstract Submission' tab.  Upload your abstract in doc./docx. following the format shown in the SAMPLE ABSTRACT.

Payment Information

 

The invoice issued will be based on the Regular Fee. You are entitled to the Early Bird Rate if the payment is made before the deadline. The Regular Fee will be applied if payment is made after the Early Bird deadline.

For confirmation on receipt of payment, you are required to submit your proof of payment to the Finance Committee (immsbmbconference@gmail.com)

Refund of Fees

Cancellation of registration must be done in writing. If the Organising Committee receives a Notice of Cancellation from participant(s):

1. Any cancellation before 30th June 2026, a 50% refund of the fee will be given.

2. No refunds will be given if cancellation is made after 30th June 2026. However, a substitute delegate is welcome as replacement with prior notice given as mentioned above.
