The MSBMB Special Interest Group (SIG)-Structural Biology, in collaboration with the Institute of Systems Biology (INBIOSIS, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia), Malaysia Genome and Vaccine Institute (MGVI) and Malaysian Society of Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (MaSBiC), are honored to host the 1st Malaysia Structural Biology Symposium 2023.

 We aim to bring together Malaysian structural biology researchers who are working on macromolecular X-ray crystallography, cryo-electron microscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and computational structural biology. This meeting will provide open discussions, knowledge sharing and interactive sessions between field experts from Malaysia with the aims of stimulating research, encouraging academic exchange and strengthening networking connections. We are also providing a platform for young scholars to discuss recent advances and future trends in Structural Biology to advance their professional development.

The MSBMB Special Interest Group (SIG)-Structural Biology is an initiative of MSBMB that aims to provide a platform in supporting and encouraging the knowledge sharing and the development of structural biology in Malaysia. This MSBMB-SIG-Structural Biology aims to serve as the catalyst for collaboration with national and international partners to organise activities related to structural biology.
