Registration includes admission to scientific sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, lunches and the MSBMB High Tea.  

Please note that registrations will be confirmed ONLY upon receipt of the registration fees. Also note that abstracts will ONLY be accepted upon registration and payment of the registration fee. If an abstract is not accepted, the registration fee will be returned.

Registration with payment must be received by 15th July 2017.

Refunds cannot be processed for withdrawal of registration received AFTER 15th July 2017

New for 2017!

In collaboration with the Young Scientists Network - Academy of Sciences Malaysia (YSN-ASM), MSBMB is introducing a special session called the Young Investigators Session.  Participants are given 5 minutes to present with 3 minutes of Q&A.  These Rapid Orals will be judged by a panel of YSN-ASM & MSBMB judges to choose ONE recipient of the Young Investigators Award.  Up to 10 rapid oral slots will be offered.

Eligibility Criteria for Rapid Orals:
​
No more than 40 years of age at the time of the conference
Current postgraduate student OR
Postdoctorate (no more than than 2 years after conferment of PhD)
 
Rapid Orals typically highlight significant preliminary findings or offer a summary of research findings.

Participants submitting abstracts for oral presentation must choose either a Regular Oral presentation (10-12 minutes presentation with 3 minutes Q&A) or Rapid Orals on their registration form.  Subject to confirmation by the committee.
