Please note that registrations will be confirmed ONLY upon receipt of the registration fees. Also note that abstracts will ONLY be accepted upon registration and payment of the registration fee. If an abstract is not accepted, the registration fee will be returned.
Registration with payment must be received by 1st June 2016.
Refunds cannot be processed for withdrawal of registration received AFTER 1st July 2016
